I've been a customer of this location for years and I've always been impressed by their friendly, knowledgeable and professional service. Today was no exception with Derek and a young lady (I didn't get her name) at the counter. Absolutely love the pets here. I absolutely loved the bird collections they have and the customer service they offer is astounding. Friend recommended this place. My family and I are hooked. Server is a young guy who serves whole place on his own but he's very quick and attentative to customers. Mostly repeat customers that come weekly.

Had to have an 8-year-old cat groomed for the first time in her life. The staff at Muddy Paws really know what they are doing. They made the cat feel so comfortable that she didn't get nervous at all, just sat quietly and enjoyed the pampering. All the dogs that were being picked up looked pretty happy too.
