I had car trouble on Friday and drove directly to Canadian Tire for help. They were able to fit me in an I had great service from Steve K in the shop. He spoke to me in plain English and presented the options and outcomes. After he fixed the problem, he let me see the work. Repair work is unpleasant at the best of times, but I really appreciated and respected the quality of work and customer service Steve and the team provided at this store. I have been back with them for the past 4 years putting tires on rims, balancing and installing wheels on my truck, my sisters truck and my cousins truck. They have been nothing but friendly and helpful over that span. I have been recommending them to anyone and everyone and I suggest you do the same. They are good people and deserve a better rating.

They have great pricing for parts and great rates for labor. This is a place of no frills pricing, they only do the work you need for the best prices in town and the quotes are accurate, i.e. they quote you one hour, you get charged for one hour and it takes one hour to do the job. Quite happy with the service and the value. Their service was 'over and above' in that they made a special trip to my location even though the regular service van was busy - at no extra charge, were very friendly and professional and even offered to take my car back to their shop to properly align the new tires then bring it back to my location. I took him up on that so I wouldn't have to waste a day taking the car in to the shop for alignment myself. would recommend them.

At approximately 3:30 PM Friday 4th Feb I took a wheel of my snow blower with a flat tire to Canadian Tire Georgetown. The service rep. was very helpful, took the wheel into the shop and within 10 minutes the flat was fixed and I was on my way - No Charge! Can't ask for better service that that!!

Treated me wonderfully. Parts arrived in 1 day and were half the price of the dealership. I asked them about these reviews and they said "take a look at them, one guy didn't pick his parts up after ordering them, the other made us quote and requote him over and over, of course we are going to jack the price up if they are playing games & wasting our time and the last person was mad Fedex was late delivering his package that they shipped out on time." Very efficient and friendly service. Only waited 35 mins to get my all seasons put back on and for a decent $30. Waiting room has coffee, donuts, free wifi and television to watch while you wait. Tire exchange done by appointment and they were ready to go as soon as I arrived.
