I have a Giant Twist electric bike. Evan worked on my electronics, gears and replaced rusted parts. Very friendly, easy to talk to. Front desk staff also nice on the phone and in person.

I bought a bike at the Oakville location in the fall and recently had some issues with the bottom bracket (6mo later). They fixed it under warranty with no issues whatsoever. My experience with their customer service was great. Thanks James!
