I had great experience at union optical for 8 years, until this time unfortunately i met Ananda her ATTITUDE WAS VERY BAD.
after giving her my union card to check my balance she took quite some time to return. Upon returning, I kindly ask her are you able to tell me my balance, she Yelled YOU NEED TO WAIT!!! in a very rude tone my wife and myself were very and disgused with her rude behavior, I ask her for my card refusing her service. We have been dealing with Linh for many years. High degree of knowledge/expertise. Allows customers to take their time without pushing. Takes time to ensure glasses fit properly. Very pleasant to deal with. We did try another company (Sp.Sa) but we have returned to Linh at the Real Canadian Superstore. Finished project excellent.

They are always making sure they do everything to accommodate your needs, schedule and timeline. I had an unexpected fall with my sunglasses which required some mending. The service was prompt and professional despite not being a client of Abbey Eye Care. While waiting I noticed they have a great selection of polarized sunglasses, many shapes and styles to choose from at reasonable prices! Will definitely be coming back for a new pair, especially since they have a spring sale on sunglasses and mine need an update!
