I went to get the root canal done and they had home alone playing... and boy it was hard to concentrate keeping my mouth still. Also, if you have young kids beware as they will not wanna leave as they have ps3 and other games!

Had an awesome experience here, got looked at very quickly and today just had a tooth extracted.
everybody there was nice and was polite, Was in and out within a half hr.
I give 5 stars because I had to cancel my first app last week because of being sick and they were able to fit me in a week later. any bad reviews on this dental office could not be true, or either the customer not getting what they want as I’ve worked in customer service for 7 yrs and the customer is not always right.

I attended Brantford Mall Dental on Monday to have the root of a front tooth removed. I was very apprehensive. The staff calmed and assured me. The doctor came in and took control of the procedure. It all went well and was almost painless. My fears were calmed and Sam had to tell me the tooth was gone. Great job.

I found Dr. Shamim very professional, kind and explained my questions thoroughly and graciously. During my visit the Dental Hygienist, Komal was also very polite, kind and helpful.

I had a great experience during my last dental visit. Great and professional staff from my front desk interaction with Joanna to the filling appointment done with Dr. Karam. She was very gentle during the whole procedure especially when giving me the freezing, I barely felt anything and i'm usually so nervous from needles. I would definitely recommend!

In one weeks time, I was diagnosed with a very aggressive, life threatening type of Cancer. It had already progressed to Stage 3. I like that they never have you wait too long for an appointment. I also like that there are many hygienists. I have had most of them clean my teeth and although they are all good I found one I liked better and Ive settled with her. Ive also had a successful tooth implant and cavities filled. They are all gentle and patient with my pain level and strive to make it pain free. I really appreciate that because that was not my experience in the past! The ladies at the desk are great too.
