Called about an appraisal and got shut down without them even seeing what i have. He told me there is no value in my item and to bring it in so they can see it. I'm afraid to bring it in now as they already dismissed what the item is before even seeing it and within the phone call. What I have is an item that's gold but he already made the decision that it's not worth anything. I was expecting a little more professionalism from what I got. I'm scared to do business with them now.
